Climate Change Charades
The articles by Peter Foster and Ken Green nicely sum up the twin climate change related charades foisted on Canadians by our federal government. (“Green Adscam”, “Kyoto: $5-billion boondoggle”, 04/06/23, FP15)
First, we were subjected to a barrage of muddled mis-information to convince us that human induced climate change is proven and requires urgent action. Then, expensive but ineffective counter measures are introduced to reduce the greenhouse gases alleged to be the cause.
Hopefully, most Canadians realize that only one party understands climate change related science is still evolving and is ready to rectify the mistake of Kyoto ratification. That party needs a majority to get us past the Kyoto monster which looms ahead.
