Politicians have great difficulty refraining  from casting blame on their predecessors. Donald Trump is no exception, nor is Alberta's Environment Minister, Shannon Phillips. My letter, published under the above title, corrects some of her "alternate facts" related to energy efficiency initiatives of the previous Alberta government.
